The Beatitudes Accessibility Committee is continually working to make this campus easily accessible to visually impaired, and easy for new residents to navigate as well. The Committee meets on the third Tuesday of the month.
The WayNav app is a program that I developed to help delivery people find the correct point of delivery, help new dining staff with delivery of meals, and help new residents find their way around campus. It is best used from a Smart Phone, but can work without GeoLocation on your computer as well. It’s not as difficult as it sounds, and it has been designed in conjunction with several non-technical residents.
