At Beatitudes, the first Wednesday is Admin Town Hall. The second is Resident’s Council. The third is ice cream sundaes with Dave. The fourth is New Resident Welcome coffee. There are usually three FIFTH Wednesdays during the year. These events happen on those days.

- 1 packet Oreos
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup softened butter
- 8oz (1 pkg) cream cheese
- 2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding
- 3 ½ cups milk
- 12oz container Cool Whip
Directions:
Crush Oreo cookies with a rolling pin until fine and set aside. Mix sugar, butter, and cream cheese until smooth. Mix the pudding with the milk and then blend together with Cool Whip. Combine the pudding and cream cheese mixture together until smooth. Layer the pudding mixture and cookie crumbles together finishing with cookie crumbles on top.
Kids love this yummy pudding-based recipe, and making it is just as much fun! Just add a cute little groundhog on a popsicle stick and enjoy!

We had a very successful Games Day. Although the temperature had climbed to about 110º we still had nearly 80 people show up for Rumikub, Chicken Foot, Kings in the Corner and much more.

This was our first Games Day. We had 43 tables of different games, and most of them were hosted. About 200 people came throughout the day. Here is a time-lapse video of the event.
