Proposed Touchtown Setup
This would require buy-in from David Ragan and Jon Schilling
– Daily events on the sidebar as is currently showing.
– All regular and scheduled events in Roadrunner. People need to look there first.
– Only changes and urgent notices shown on slides – Plus events for THAT day
– Possibly future events shown on Channel 1-2 after 6 pm
LifeLong Learners Class
– Scheduling conflict identified in PV Lounge
– Sing along is normally Thursday 1-2 pm. TT schedule was 2-3 pm.
We need minimum 30 minutes between events for setup
Chuck Beaujon will take Class 6.
Kathy will find a replacement for June Help Desk. All else is OK.
Resolution: Sing along 1-1:45. TT rescheduled for 2:30 – 3:30
Class limit of 15 – 4 tables – Seats in the back for auditing the class
Robert will prepare handout – approx 2 pages per class.
During Registration type of phone will be identified. January 17.
Ambassadors will each out to registrants in their building on January 19
Kathy will be greeter for the class
Thursday Help Desk
– Encourage people to take a photo and update other content
– One person assigned every two months
– Alternates invited to attend and help out
– Approach new residents and invite them to the Help Desk
Other Business
– Remove Farrell’s content from training videos (Smart TV and TeleVeda)
– Change references to Leona to point toward Norma B
– Typos pointed out on slides – Robert will fix
Send future errors and corrections to Robert or Jon
– Push needed to encourage app use
Slide created that will give step by step how to download Touchtown
– Cindi Aune has agreed to become an Ambassador
– Numbers/Statistics on Town Hall we thought were probably low. Conjecture that since we don’t logout, it counts only the single time we log in, and then again ONLY IF we accidentally log out, and then back in. Actual numbers probably 3x what is showing.
– Change monthly calendar showing on a single slide to “four days at a glance”
– Need to update records – Move ins, move outs, apartment changes, deaths, etc
What will it take to get on a notification list? HIPAA concerns?
– Icons for Success Matters, Life Enrichment, Printable Calendars and Care Corps is not showing up for general users – only for administrators – Robert will take a look, but Jon might have to resolve.
